My coaching focuses on the five areas that matter most: nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, and stress; then helps you turn them into habits that fit your real life. These are the foundations that impact how you feel and how well you function every single day.
I want to empower you to live well by giving you clear, useful information, but more importantly, to help you use it to build a healthy lifestyle that is made of small, daily actions that you can stick with. Those actions will become habits. And those habits become your life.
I offer evidence-based nutrition coaching for women in FishHawk, Lithia, and online.
The goal is simple: help you lose weight (if needed), build muscle, feel better, sleep better, and handle stress in a way you can sustain.
How Coaching Works
Everything is delivered through an app, so your plan, tracking, and communication are all in one place. Together, we will track things like:
- Meals (photos or macros)
- Sleep (manual entry or synced with Fitbit, Apple Health, etc.)
- Daily personalized habits to complete
If you’re in a self-guided program, this is for your own tracking. If you’re working 1:1 with me, I’ll review your progress and use it to guide your plan and give feedback.
My Approach to Nutrition and Habit Coaching
My approach is rooted in behavior change and nutrition science. My program drips information to help you understand why your habits matter without overwhelm, then support you in building them one step at a time so your health can improve in a way that lasts.
Coaching Options
12 Week Self-Guided Course
One payment of $160
A structured program for women who want clear guidance, better habits, and a plan they can follow on their own with light support.
Includes:
- 12-week program built on the 5 Pillars Method
- daily assignments
- short coaching prompts and educational content
- optional smartwatch syncing for sleep, movement, and nutrition
- one 30-minute onboarding call
- weekly automated check-ins
- one 20-minute wrap-up call
Best for: someone who wants structure and guidance, but doesn’t need ongoing coaching.
1:1 Nutrition and Wellness Coaching
$200/month
This is personalized coaching built around your life, schedule, and goals. I review your progress regularly and adjust your plan based on what is actually happening, not what looks ideal on paper.
Includes:
- personalized coaching for nutrition, sleep, stress recovery, and habit development
- meal feedback through photos or macros
- lifestyle habit coaching that builds as you progress
- daily tracking and accountability through the app
- direct messaging for support
- optional weekly 30-minute phone or Zoom calls
Strength training program available as an add-on.
Best for: someone who wants accountability, feedback, and a plan that adapts as life changes.
Group Coaching
$130/month per person (minimum of 3)
Work on your health with friends or family while still getting structure, support, and accountability.
Includes:
- The same foundational habit coaching
- Shared accountability within your group
- App-based tracking and communication
- Weekly Group Zoom call, if desired
Best for: women who want support and accountability in a small group setting.
6 Week Sleep Course
A short, focused course for women who know sleep is the main thing holding them back and want a practical way to improve it.
Includes:
- Short daily lessons (about a 1-minute read)
- Clear, actionable habits
- Daily check-ins and reminders
Best for: someone who knows sleep is the main issue and wants a straightforward way to improve it.
What You Can Expect From Coaching
With consistency, my clients feel more energetic (no more late afternoon slumps!), more confident in their bodies, and happier as a result of better blood sugar, mood, and improved health markers. Some also build strength and feel more physically capable when strength training is part of the plan.
